(Powell) NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: I. That Schedule "A" is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, from "Rural (RU) Zone" to "General Industrial (M2) Zone" and "Restricted Industrial (Ml-9) Exception Zone". 2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Plarming Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. The purpose of the amendment is to recognize an existing children's playground on the northerly portion of the subject property and to permit a contractor's yard on the southerly portion, to be utilized as an extension of an existing industrial use at 67 Industrial Parkway North.
