AFFIDAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(22) OF THE PLANNING ACT (1990)
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law #3933-98.D of the Corporation of
the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 27th day of May, 1998, was
given on the 9th day of June, 1998, in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
Ontario Regulation 199/96, as amended, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
subsection (18) of section 34 of The Planning Act (1990). I also certify that the_20 day appeal
period expired on the 29th day of June, 1998, and to this date no notice of appeal of the By-law
has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
By-law Number 3933-98.D
BEING A BY-LAW to amend
By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. THAT zoning category "Major Open Space (0-1 0) Exception Zone" is hereby
amended in accordance with the following:
a) Section 31 . 7. 1 is hereby amended by:
1. Replacing within subsection 31 .1. 1 (i) the words "temporary
clubhouse" with "clubhouse".
2. Deleting within subsection 31.7 .1. (i) the words "may exist for a
period of time not to extend beyond December 21, 1996".
3. Deleting the contents of subsection 31 . 7. (iii) and replacing them
with the following: "A Pavilion having a maximum floor area of
400 square metres, in addition to a porch having a maximum floor
area of 170 square meters" .
b) Section 31.7 .2 is hereby amended by:
1. Replacing within subsection 31.7 .2.2 (i) the heading from
"Temporary Clubhouse Building" to "Clubhouse Building".
2. Replacing within subsection 31.7.2.2 (iii) the heading from
"Temporary Sales Office" to "Pavilion".
c) Section 31.7.2.3 is hereby amended by deleting the contents of that
section and replacing them with the following: "Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 6.26, the minimum parking required for the golf
course with the clubhouse and pavilion shall be 135 spaces".
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning
Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will
take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law Number 3933-98.0
By-law 3933-98.0 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend the provisions of the "Major Open Space (0-10) Exception Zone" within By-
law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora for the subject lands
located on StJohn's Sideroad East, known as St. Andrews Valley Golf Club Ltd. The
purpose of this amendment is to reflect the permanency of the Clubhouse Building and
the Pavilion (formerly known as the Temporary Sales Office) .
