BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate
certain lands as public
highways on Reference Plan
65R-3909 and on Registered
Plan 65M-2336 fonning part of
Golf Links Drive and
Timberline Trail.
WHEREAS, the provisions of section 297 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.45 (as
amended) provide that Council may enact By-laws to establish and lay out lands as public
highways;
AND WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to dedicate certain lands and reserves as public highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the land described as Part of Lots 82 and 83, Registered Plan 246, designated as
Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 65R-3909, in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York,
be and is hereby dedicated as a public highway forming. a part of Golf Links Drive in the
Town of Aurora;
2. THAT the land described as Block 72 Reserve, Section 65M-2336, being Block 72 on
Registered Plan 65M-2336, in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York, be and
is hereby dedicated as a public highway forming a part of Timberline Trail in the Town
of Aurora; and
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and effect upon fmal passage
thereof and following registration in the appropriate Land Registry office.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 19th DAY OF November, 1997.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF December, 1997.

Our title search has revealed that there are no by-laws registered in respect of the following
reserves and blocks to permit free and open access tlrrough the streets. I also enclose a copy of
a plan which shows the location of the reserves and blocks which are part of the streets for
which dedicating by-laws have not been registered and the separate reference plans or M-plans
to assist you in identifying them.
