BEING A BY-LAW to amend
By-law No. 22I3-78
WHEREAS the lands affected by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in conjunction
with a zoning category, as permitted under Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990;
AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding (H) prefix
have been met in respect of the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows:
1) THAT the "(H)" Holding prefix preceding the "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-17)
Exception Zone" applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto
and forming part ofthis By-law, is hereby removed.
2) That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon final passage
thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 14TH DAY OF MAY, 1997.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS liTH DAY OF JUNE, 1997.

PASSAGE OF AMENDING BY-LAW UNDER SECTION 36 OF THE PLANNING ACT
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice of Council's intention to consider passing an
amending by-law under section 36 of the Planning Act to remove the holding prefix was given
on the 17th day of March, 1997, in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario
Regulation 44/95, as amended, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection
36(4) of The Planning Act. By-law# 3817-97.D of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, was
passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 11th day of June, 1997. I also certify an
objection period was not applicable and the provisions of this By-law came into force and effect
upon the date of final passage.
