NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: I) THAT Schedule T is hereby deleted and replaced with a revised Schedule T attached hereto and forming part of this by-law. 2) That Section 23.16.1 "Shopping Centre Commercial C4-16 Exception Zone"is hereby amended by adding as a Permitted Use "Financial Institutions, Drive-Thru". 3) That Section 23.16.1.3 is hereby amended by adding to the end of that section the following: Financial Institution, Drive-Thru means a premises where banking transactions are undertaken by the public while in motor vehicles by means of an order or window service, or an automated teller machine, which motor vehicles approach in designated lanes. 4) That Section 23 .16.2.2.2 is hereby amended by deleting the contents of that section and replacing it with the following: "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.30 or any other provisions to the contrary, Building "C" shall be setback a minimum distance of9.0 metres from Murray Drive and 8.6 metres from Y onge Street with the exception that the minimum distance separation from the daylighting triangle shall be 6.5 metres. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary Building "C" shall be sited immediately adjacent to the landscape strip abutting Y onge Street and Murray Drive and shall extend a minimum of 4 7 metres along the Murray Drive frontage and 37 metres along the Yonge Street frontage. 5) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. I ' .--.~-~I i I I I SCHEDULE "T" TO BY-LAW NO. 3828-97.0 ::~--~ i ; II) w " z 0 ,. •• Iii' ' " ~~.C..----·-----•-~ow=<,~<Y"<-~N~=¥.YE•"'"'"'"'-"'-"""-"'¥•'=~·F'-="-"z.,-.~y.o~<"•·--~-m'"-"--••••--•-· •_, --- Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law Number 3828-97.D By-law 3828-97.D has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to amend the provisions of"Shopping Centre Commercial C4-16 Exception Zone" applying to the subject lands, being Part of Lot 77 Concession 1 WYS and more described as Part 2 Reference Plan 65R-18443, located at the southwest comer of Y onge Street and Murray Drive, to allow as a permitted use drive- thru financial institutions. Changes resulting from the above include a revision to the dimensioning of Building C abutting Yonge Street, and the replacement of Schedule T to recognize changes made in building footprints, parking and landscape areas. A site specific definition has been added for drive-thru financial institutions.
