I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on 2nd day of January, 1997, and to this date no notice of appeal of the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Municipal Clerk THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3773-96.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. Miland NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) THAT the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "Rural Residential (RR-7) Exception Zone", "Rural Residential (RR-8) Exception Zone" and "Rural Residential (RR-9) Exception Zone". 2) THAT Section 8 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 8.9 "Rural Residential (RR-7) Exception Zone". Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8.2.1, the minimum lot area and minimum lot frontage for the lands shown zoned RR-7 shall be 4047 square metres and 40 metres respectively. All other provisions of Sections 8.1 and 8.2 shall apply. 3) THAT Section 8 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 8.10 "Rural Residential (RR-8) Exception Zone". Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8 .2.1, the minimum lot area for the lands shown zoned RR-8 shall be 6620 square metres. All other provisions of Sections 8.1 and 8.2 shall apply. 4) THAT Section 8 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 8.11 "Rural Residential (RR-9) Exception Zone". Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8.2.1, the minimum lot area for the lands shown zoned RR-9 shall be 5394 square metres. All other provisions of Sections 8.1 and 8.2 shall apply. 5) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. · READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1996. I RU 0 I SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW NO. 3773-96.0 17 AY Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law Number 3773-96.0 By-law 3773-96.0 has the following purpose.and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora, to rezone the subject lands, being Part of Lot 75, Concession l WYS, from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "Rural Residential (RR-7) Exception Zone", "Rural Residential (RR-8) Exception Zone", and "Rural Residential (RR-9) Exception Zone". The By-law fulfills conditions of consent respecting decisions of the Tciwn of Aurora Committee of Adjustment (file nos. B-16 & 17-94/D10-16 & 17-94), and serves to recognize. the intended division of the lands to create two additional residential lots. The By-law provides for minimum lot areas of 4047 square metres (1 acre), 6620 square metres (1.6 acres) and 5394 square metres (1.3 acres), and a minimum lot frontage of 40 metres (131 ft.) on the northernmost lot.
