BYLAW - Amend By law 2213 78 (Canadian Tire) - 19960612 - 373896D(Canadian Tire Real Estate- Canadian Tire Store) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3738-96.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS the lands affected by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in conjunction with a zon~ng category, as permitted under Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding (H) prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) THAT the "(H)" Holding prefix preceding the "Shopping Centre Commercial (C4-15) Exception Zone" applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed. 2) That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon final passage thereof. By-law #3738-96.D of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, was passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 12th day of June, 1996.
