BYLAW - Amend By law 2213 78 (Aaron Yermus) - 19961127 - 377596DAaron Y ermus (in trust) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3775-96.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 22I3-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) THAT Section 26.4.5 "General Industrial (M2-4) Exception Zone" is hereby amended by the addition of the following text to the end of the section: A maximum of 214 square metres of floor area of the existing building may be used for a business or professional office. 2) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
