THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3751-96.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: I) THAT the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline and hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-60) Exception Zone" to "Detached Dwelling First Density (R2-64) Exception Zone". 2) THAT Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.66 "Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-64) Exception Zone". "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.2.3, the maximum permitted Lot Coverage shall be 35 percent for a 2 storey building and 40 percent for a 1 storey. The subject lands are located at the southwest corner ofVandorf Sideroad and Bayview A :venue, and comprise 15 lots on a draft plan of subdivision, being Lots 46, 47, 48, 52, 53, 54, 55, 58, 59, 60, 61, 67, 68, 71, and 72, draft plan 19T-90054, and front onto an internal subdivision street named Monkman Court.
