BYLAW - Lease an untravelled portion of Edward Street and Dunning Ave. to Exal Aluminum Inc. - 19950111 - 359594LTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3595-94.L BEING A BY-LAW to lease an untravelled portion of Edward Street and Dunning Avenue to Exal Aluminum Inc. WHEREAS the provisions of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1990, c.M.45 (as amended) authorize Council to lease or licence the use of untravelled portions of highways under its jurisdiction; AND WHEREAS the tenant has entered into Site Plan Agreement D 11-18-94 with the landlord, which Agreement requires the tenant to maintain certain areas of the untravelled portion of the said highway for the purpose of parking spaces; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documentation to lease the untravelled portion of Edward Street and Dunning A venue as shown on Site Plan Agreement D 11-18-94 in relation to provision of certain parking areas required of Exal Aluminum Inc. 2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and effect upon final passage thereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 14th DAY OF December, 1994.
