BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Paradise Homes) - 19950726 - 365495DTHE COE.PORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3654-95.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 Paradise Homes WHEREAS the lands affected by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding (H) prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) THAT the "(H)" Holding prefix preceding the "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-25) Exception Zone", the "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-26) Exception Zone", the "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-27) Exception Zone", and the "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-30) Zone" applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed. 2) That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon fmal passage thereof READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 26th DAY OF July, I995. By-law #3654-95.D of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, was passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 26th day of July, 1995.
