AFFIDAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(22) OF THE PLANNING ACT (1990)
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law #3537-94.D of the Corporation
of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 14th day of September,
1994, was given on the 19th day of October, 1994, in the manner and form and to the persons
prescribed by Ontario Regulation 404/83, as amended, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-
Council under subsection 18 of section 34 of The Planning Act (1990). I also certify that the
20 day objection period expired on the 8th day of November, 1994, and to this date no notice
of objection to the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

BEING A Bill to amend By-law No. 2213-78.
'lHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78
;,ow THEREFORE tbe Council oftbe Corporation oftbe Town of Aurora enacts as follows:
L That tbe zoning category applying to tbe lands shown in shading on Schedule 'A'
attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, being Part Lot 26, Plan 246 is hereby
amended from "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (Rl) Zone" and
"Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone to "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential
(R1-19) Exception Zone" and "Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone".
2. That Section 10 "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1) Zone" is hereby
amended by adding tbe following subsection 10.21: "Detached Dwelling First Density
Residential (Rl-19) Exception Zone" : ·

" ! !Withstanding the provisions of Section 10. 2.1 and 10. 2. 2, for the lands zoned R1-19
minimum lot size shall be 1250 square metres, the minimum lot frontage 21.5 metres
md the minimum interior side yards for a one and a two storey building shall be 2.5
metres. All other provisions of Section 10.1 and 10.2 shall apply."
No part of this By-law will come into force until tbe provisions of tbe Planning Act have
been complied witb, but subject to such provisions tbe By-law will take effect from tbe
day of passing thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 27th DAY OF April, 1994.
