I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 15th day of June, 1994, and to this date no notice of objection to the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby amended from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-46) Exception Zone". 2. The site specific R2-46 zone increases the standard minimum R2 zone requirements for lot area from 460 to 2000 square metres (.11 to .49 acres), lot frontage from 15 to 27 metres (49 to 88 feet), front yard setback from 6 to 30 metres (20 to 98 feet), rear yard setback from 7.5 to 35 metres (25 to 115 feet), and sideyard setback from 1.2 metres (3.9 feet) for a one storey building and 1.5 metres (4.9 feet) for a two storey to 3 metres (9.8 feet).
