I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 15th day of June, 1994, and to this date no notice of objection to the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Municipal Clerk (Nardi) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 3542 -94.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 11.48 is hereby amended by adding the following to the end of that section: "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.48.1, the lands zoned R2-46 may be used for two detached dwellings for a time period to expire one year after the date of passage of the by-law. For the duration of this period, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.48.2.2; the minimum required rear yard setback shall be 21 metres. 2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. 'Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law By-law 351r2.'14 .}>has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to add a provision to the site specific "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-46) Exception Zone" to permit two residential buildings with a minimum rear yard setback of 21 metres (69 feet) for a one year period from the date of passage of the By-law. The By-law is required to permit the temporary retention of the existing residence at 248 Kennedy Street West during the construction of a new detached residence on the site.
