AFFIDAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(22) OF THE PLANNING ACT (1990) .
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law #3596-94.D of the Corporation
of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 14th day of December,
1994, was given on the 15th day of December, 1994, in the mauner and form and to the persons
prescribed by Ontario Regulation 404/83, as amended, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-
Council under subsection 18 of section 34 of The Planning Act (1990). I also certify that the
20 day objection period expired on the 4th day of January, 1995, and to this date no notice of
objection to the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
By-law Number 3596-94.D
BEING A BY-LAW to amend
By-law 2213-78.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Nwnber 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Section 31.7 "Major Open Space (0-10) Exception Zone" is hereby amended by
adding the following to the end of that section:
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 31.7 .1, the temporary clubhouse building may
be used for a Temporary Sales Office for a time period to expire May 1, 1995.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have
been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the
day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-law
By-law 3596-94.D has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to add a
provision to the site specific "Major Open Space (0-10) Exception Zone" to permit the use of
the temporary clubhouse building located in Part Lot 86 Concession 1 E.Y.S., municipally
known as 368 St. John's Sideroad, as a Temporary Sales Office for a period to expire on May
1, 1995.
