I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 8th day of February, 1994, and to this date no notice of objection to the By-law has been filed by any person in the office of t:he Clerk. Dated this 11th day of February, 1994. ...,· . .. , ''\' f, (York Region Board of Education) BY-LAW NUMBER 3459-93 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Major Open Space (0) Zone" to "Environmental Protection (EP-8) Exception Zone" and "Institutional (I-9) Exception Zone". 2. That Section 30 "Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone" is hereby amended by adding the following as Sections 30.3.9: "Environmental Protection (EP-8) Exception Zone J Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the lands shown zoned I-9 and EP-8 on Schedule 'A' shall only be used for parks and the offices of a public authority including ancilliary parking and provided that buildings be limited to those existing as of the date of passing of this By-law." 3. That Section 28 "Institutional (I) Zone" is hereby amended by adding the following as Sections 28.8: "Institutional (I-9) Exception Zone Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the lands shown zoned I-9 and EP-8 on Schedule 'A' shall only be used for parks and the offices of a public authority including ancilliary parking and provided that buildings be limited to those existing as of the date of passing of this By-law." 4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law By-law3¥tflias the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to rezone the subject lands, being Lot 7 and Part Lots 6 & 8 Plan 246, Block D Plan 517, being Parts 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11 Plan 65R-13015, and Block C Plan 517, municipally known as 60 Wellington Street West. The amendment is to rezone the tableland and floodplain portions of the site from "Major Open Space (0) Zone" to "Institutional (I-9) Exception Zone" and "Environmental Protection (EP-8) Exception Zone" respectively. The provisions of the site specific I-9 and EP-8 zones limit the use of the lands to parks and the offices of a public authority including ancilliary parking and all buildings to those which exist as of the date of passage of the by-law.
