BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Del Padre) - 19930210 - 3346917 (Del Padre) BY-LAW NUMBER 334&-% OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands shown in shading of Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law from "Restricted Industrial (M1-A) Exception Zone" to "Restricted Industrial (M1-A2) Exception Zone". 2. That Section 25.5.3 is hereby amended by deleting the contents of that Section and replacing them with the following: Exceptions: Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the existing building on the lands shown zoned M1-A2 on Schedule "A" may be used for church offices and meeting rooms in addition to the uses permitted in Section 25.5 .1, provided that the floor area occupied by church uses does not exceed 200 square metres. 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. The amendment is to permit the existing building on the lands to be used for church offices and meeting rooms in addition to the uses currently permitted, provided that the floor area occupied by the church does not exceed 200 square metres. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 22nd day of March, 1993, and to this date no notice of objection to the By- law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
