AFFIDAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(22) OF THE PLANNING ACT
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law #3463-93 of the Corporation of
the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 28th day of April, 1993,
was given on the lOth day of May, 1993, in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed
by Ontario Regulation 404/83, as amended, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
subsection 18 of section 34 of The Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day objection period
expired on the 31st day of May, 1993, and to this date no notice of objection to the By-law has
been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

BY-LAW NUMBER 3463-93
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule 'A'
attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, being Lot 10 Registered Plan 439,
is hereby amended from "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2) Zone"
and "Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2) Zone" and "Environmental Protection (EP-7) Zone".
2. That Section 30 "Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone" is hereby amended by adding
the following as subsection 30.3.8:
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 30.1 and 30.2, the lands shown zoned EP-
7 on Schedule 'A' may only be used for the residential dwelling and accessory
structures existing on the date of passage of this by-law."
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act
have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect
from the day of passing thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 14th DAY OF APRIL ' 1993.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 28th DAY OF April , 1993.
