AFFIDAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(20) OF THE PLANNING ACT (1983)
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law #3380-92 of
the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 29th day of April, 1992, was given on the 8th day of
May, 1992, in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario
Regulation 404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
subsection 17 of section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that
the 20 day objection period expired on the 28th day of May, 1992, and to
this date no notice of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person
in the offii'e of the Clerk.

BY-LAW NUMBER 3380-92
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. That Schedule "A" is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands
shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law
from "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2) Zone" and "Holding (H-2)
Exception Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-38) Exception Zone" and
"Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-18) Exception Zone" as shown on
Schedule A.
2. That Section 10 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 10.20
"Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-18) Exception Zone".

buildings and structures on the Jot shall not exceed six (6) percent of the total lot area.
4. No part of this By-Jaw will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act
have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect
from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law35~-1-i'has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning Bylaw in effect in the Town of Aurora to rezone the
subject lands, being Lot 27, Registered Plan 65M-2789 and Part of Lot 79, Concession 1 W.Y.S.,
municipally known as 54 Sisman Avenue and 3'04 Kennedy Street West respectively from
"Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2) Zone" and "Holding (H-2) Exception Zone"
to "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-38) Exception Zone" and "Detached
Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-18) Exception Zone". The amendment is to fulfil a
condition of consent which resulted in the transfer of the rear portion of 304 Kennedy Street
West to the holdings of 54 Sisman Avenue and would have the effect of limiting coverage and
building setbacks on the lands in order to reduce the potential of floor space additions
incompatible with surrounding land uses.
