has considered, and at their meeting held April 10, 1991 enacted the By-law
necessary to dedicate the subject lands as a public highway.
Two copies of the By-law are enclosed herewith for registration purposes.

particulars noted thereon.

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BY-LAW NUMBER 3268-91
A BY-LAW TO DEDICATE CERTAIN LANDS
FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PUBLIC HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described were acquired by the former The
Corporation of the Township of King for highway purposes and became vested in The
Corporation of the Town of Aurora on the 1st day of January, 1971 by virtue of the
Regional Municipality of York Act and the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of The Corporation of the Town
of Aurora as follows:
1. The lands described in Schedule "A", hereto attached, are hereby
dedicated as a public highway and declared to form part of Bathurst
Street (YR 38).
2. The said Schedule "A", hereto attached, shall form part of this by-law.
READ a first and second time this day of
READ a third time and PASSED this10thday of April, 1991.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 3268-91
Lands in the Town of Aurora in The Regional Municipality of York formerly
in the Township of King in the County of York being more particularly described as
follows:
FIRSTLY: Part of Lot 72 in Concession 1 designated as Part 1 on a Plan of
Expropriation registered in the Land Registry Office for the :J;tegistry Division of York
Region as No. 35811B; and
SECONDLY: Part of Lots 72 and 73 in Concession 1 designated as Part 2 on a Plan
of Expropriation registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of
York Region as No. 35811B.
