BYLAW - Conveyance of Land - 19911218 - 336391BY-LAW NUMBER 3363-91 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW to authorize the conveyance of Part 2 on Plan 65R-15041 to Beacon Hall Golf Club. WHEREAS the provisions of Section 193 (1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 302 (as amended) authorize Council to dispose of land that is no longer required for the purposes of the Corporation; AND WHEREAS it is intended that Beacon Hall Golf Club ("Beacon Hall") shall grant an easement in favour of the Town over and with respect to Beacon Hall property for the purpose of egress from the Town's Cemetery, at no cost to the Town, provided certain lands are conveyed to Beacon Hall for nominal consideration; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The following lands (hereinafter referred to as the "Property") are no l·onger required for the purposes of the Town: Part of lot 73, Concession 1, East of Yonge Street, Being Part 2 on Plan 65R-15041 Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York (Formerly Township of Whitchurch, County of York) 2. Conditional upon the granting of an easement for access purposes, the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to transfer and convey the Property to Beacon Hall for nomina 1 consideration. 3. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute such transfers, agreements or other documents as may be reasonably necessary to evidence, obtain and register the said easement and to transfer and convey the Property to Beacon Hall. 4. This By-1 aw shall come into force and effect upon third reading hereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER ' 1991.
