I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on June 25, 1991 and to this date no notice of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 15.13 "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-9) Exception Zone" be amended by deleting the contents of that Section and replacing them with the following: 15.13.1 15.13.2 15.13.2.1 15.13.2.2 15.13.2.3 15.13.3 15.13.4 15.13.5 The lands shown zoned R6-9 on Schedule 'A' shall be used for the construction of not more than 23 row house units in accordance with the following provisions: Zone Requirements Lot Specifications: Lot Area per Dwelling Unit (minimum) Lot Frontage (minimum) per unit Siting Specifications: 220 square metres 5.6 metres In accordance with Section 15.2.2 except that the minimum front yard for the most northerly row housing unit shall be 4 metres. ·. No part of this By·law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. ALLISON, CLERK By-Law Number 3289-91 Page 3 Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law By-law has the following purpose and effect: To amend the provisions of the "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-9) Exception Zone" applying to the subject lands being Block 5, Registered Plan 65M-2802 to permit the construction of not more than 23 row house units having a minimum lot area per dwelling unit of 220 square metres (2,368 square feet) and a minimum lot frontage of 5.6 metres (18.4 feet). The By-law also makes provision for the following - , a minimum dwelling size of 106 square metres (1,141 square feet); and a maximum dwelling size of 131 square metres (1,410 square feet) a maximum lot coverage of 38 percent. a minimum front yard setback of 4 metres (13.1 feet) for the most northerly row housing unit. no requirement for visitor parking.
