(Aurora Fruit Market) BY-LAW NUMBER 3277-91 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 23.7, "Uses Permitted-Shopping Centre Commercii (C4-7) Exception Zone" is hereby amended by deleting the provisions of that section and replacing them with the following: "23.7 Uses Permitted In addition to the uses permitted in Section 23.1, the second floor of the existing two storey building on the lands shown zoned C4-7 on Schedule "A" may be used for a maximum of six dwelling units in accordance with Section 7.4". 2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. L ALLISON, CLERK Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law By-law 3).77 has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to change the provisions of the "Shopping Centre Commercial (C4-7) Exception Zone" with respect to Uses Pennitted applying to the subject lands being Part of Lot 90, Registered Plan 246 and Block 9, Registered Plan 65M-2298 municipally known as 151, 157 and 159 Yonge Street North. The amendment is to permit a maximum of six residential apartment units on the second floor of the existing two storey building on these lands. APPROXIMATE LOCATION OF SUBJECT LANDS
