AFFIDAVIT UNDER SECTION 34(20) OF THE PLANNING ACT (1983)
I, Lawrence Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law 3350-91
of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 9th day of December , 1991 was given on the 17th day
of December, 1991 in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
Ontario Regulation 404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council
under subsection 17 of section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also
certify that the 20 day objection period expired on January 6, 1992 and to
this date no notice of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person
in the office of the Clerk.

BY-LAW NUMBER 3350-91
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. That Schedule "A" is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands
shown in shading on Schedule "A" hereto and forming part of this By-law from
"General Industrial (M2) Zone" to Restricted Industrial (M1-9) Exception Zone".
2. That Section 25 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 25.13
"Restricted Industrial (M1-9) Exception Zone".
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 25.1 respecting Uses Permitted, the lands
shown zoned M1-9 on Schedule "A" may be used for the following:
(i) A maximum of 1301 square metres of floor area of the existing building may
be used for business, professional and government offices, commercial schools
and trade schools.
(ii) A maximum of 1082 square metres of floor area of the existing building may
be used for a plumbing shop.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.26, the minimum parking requirement for
trade schools and commercial schools shall be as follows:
four ( 4) parking spaces for each teaching classroom; plus,
additional spaces for any area for public assembly in accordance with Section
6.26.1.7; plus,
one space for each ninety (90) square metres of the facility used for storage
purposes."
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act
have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect
from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law o ';SD -91 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to rezone the
subject lands being Part of Lot 105, Registered Plan 246, municipally known as 81 Industrial
Parkway North from "General Industrial (M2) Zone" to "Restricted Industrial (M1-9)
Exception Zone".
The amendment is to permit 1301 square metres (14,000 square feet) of the existing building
to be used for business, professional and government offices, trade schools and commercial
schools; and to permit 1082 square metres (11,645 square feet) to be used for a plumbing
shop.
For the purposes of the subject land, the By-law adds a parking standard for commercial
schools and trade schools. ·
