BYLAW - Repeal 3119 89 - 19901220 - 325290BY-LAW NUMBER 3252-90
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to repeal By-law No.
3119-89, a By-law to appoint a Building
Inspector.
WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Subsection 2 of the Section 3 of
the Building Code Act, R.S.O., 1980, Chapter 51, as amended;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacted By-law No. 3119-89 to appoint Glen Barnes as a Building Inspector;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to repeal the said By-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 3119-89 enacted on the 28th day of June, 1989, be
and is hereby repealed;
2. THAT this By-1 aw sha 11 come into force and take effect on the date
of its final passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 20thDAY OF DECEMBER ' 1990.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20th DAY OF DECEMBER , 1990.

The contract of employment for Mr. Glenn Barnes has been allowed to lapse
without renewal. As of 4:30 P.M., December 11, 1990, Mr. Barne's employment
with the Town of Aurora ceased.
