OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to exempt certain lots on
Plan 65M-2655, Aurora, from the Part Lot
Control provisions as provided in
subsection 49(5) of the Planning Act,
1983, s.o. 1983.
WHEREAS subsection 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, s.o. 1983 c. 1 provides
that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that the part
lot control provisions as provided in subsection 49(5) of the said Act do
not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers
it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act exempting the lands
hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions;
NOW THEREFORE the Muni ci pa 1 Counci 1 of The Town of Aurora hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Subsection 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983 c. 1 shall not
apply to the following lands:

LOTS
10, 11, and 12
2. This By-law shall take effect upon the approval of the Minister of
Municipal Affairs and Housing or the Regional Municipality of York, if
so authorized by the said Minister, and the registration of the By-law
in the proper land registry office.
