BY-LAW NUMBER 3163-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to repeal By-law Number
3157-89, a By-1 aw to exempt certain 1 ots
on Plan 65M-2767, Aurora, from the Part
lot Control provisions as provided in
subsection 49(5) of the Planning Act,
1983, s.o. 1983.
WHEREAS subsection 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983 c. 1
provides that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that
the part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 49(5) of the said
Act do not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers
it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act re-imposing the said
part lot control provisions on Plan 65M-2767;
NOW THEREFORE the Muni ci pa 1 Council of The Town of Aurora hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-1 aw 3157-89 enacted on the 29th day of November, 1989 be and
is hereby repealed.
2. THAT the provisions of this By-1 aw sha 11 come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
