BY-LAW NUMBER 3198-90
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to appoint a Building
Inspector.
WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to subsection 2 of the Section 3 of
the Building Code Act, R.S.O., 1980, Chapter 51, as amended;
AND WHEREAS the Counci 1 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it
necessary and expedient to appoint a Building Inspector for the purposes of
the enforcement of the Building Code and the Regulations thereunder;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. THAT Yancy Ambing is hereby appointed as a Building Inspector for
the Corporation of the Town of Aurora;
2. THAT Yancy Ambi ng shall be res pons i bl e for the enforcement of the
Building Code Act, R.S.O., 1980, Chapter 51, as amended, and the
Regulations thereunder; and
"
3. THAT By-law number 3118-89 enacted on the 28th day of June, 1989, be
and is hereby repealed; and
4. THAT this By-1 aw shall come into force and take effect on the date
of its final passing.
