BEING A BY-LAW to amend
3169-90, a By-law to

WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 208 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O., 1980, Chapter 302 as amended, for appointing such officers and
servants as may be necessary for the purposes of The Corporation, or for
carrying to effect the provision of any Act of the Legislature or By-law of
the 'Counc i1 ;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
deems it expedient to amend By-law No. 3169-90;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council enacts as follows:
1. THAT clause 3 be deleted and a new clause 3 be inserted to read as
follows:

2. THAT the prov1s1ons of this By-law shall come into force and take
effect upon the 15th day of October, 1990.
