OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 3097-89,
a By-1 aw to provide for the Water Rate
Charges for the Municipal Waterworks
System in the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend certain of the service charge
provisions of the said By-law as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedu 1 e 1 A 1 Section 4 attached to By-1 aw Number 3097-89 be
amended as follows:
4. PURCHASED WATER
$5.00 per 1,000 gallons
2. THAT the provisions of this By-1 aw sha 11 come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS25th DAY OF JULY , 1990.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 25th DAY OF JULY , 1990
