OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law
3013-88, a By-law to prohibit or
regulate the erection of signs or
other advertising devices, and the
posting of notices on buildings or
vacant lots within the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend Schedule "C" to By-law No. 3013-88
for permit fees;
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "C" of By-law No. 3013-88 be and is hereby repealed and
the Schedule "C" appended to this By-law shall be inserted in its place
and stead.
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 11th DAY OF April , 1990.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 25th DAY OF APRIL , 1990.

SCHEDULE "C" TO BY-LAW 3184-90
PERMIT FEES:
The scale of fees to be paid to the Town of Aurora for sign permits shall be
as follows:
(a) $3.50 per square metre or 32.5¢ per square foot of sign face
area.
(b) Basic Minimum Fee: $30.00
(c) Renewal or Assigning of a sign permit: $30.00
(d) Trailer Signs Minimum Fee: $30.00
(e) Refunds: Permit fees are NOT refundable.
(f) Security Deposit for Trailer Signs: $200.00
(g) Letter of Credit for Development Signs: $500.00
