OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2613-83,
a By-law to govern and control the
parking of vehicles within the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS the prov~swns of Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as
amended, pennits Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to amend By-law 2613-83, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOIJ..CMIS:
1. THAT Section 4, Subsection 6 (Parking Prohibited at Specified Times),
be amended by the deletion of references to the South Side of Mosley
Street and the addition of the following:
MOSLEY STREET From: 20m east of the Wells
Street intersection
TO: 62m east of the Wells
Street intersection
SOUTH 3:00p.m.
TO
4:00 p.m.
MONDAY TO
FRIDAY

2. THAT the prov~swns of this By-law shall not become effective until
final passage thereof, and until properly worded signs have been
erected and are on display.
