OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TCmN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LI\W to amend By-law 2613-83
as amended, a By-law to provide for the
Regulation of Parking in the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to
amend By-law 2613-83;
AND WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as amended,
permits Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. TI:IAT Part 2 (1) "o", (Parking Prohibited in Specified Places), be
amended with the addition of the following:
"this clause shall not apply to the recessed
parking areas on the streets bounding the
Aurora Town Park, namely:
South side of Mosley Street between Wells
Street and Larm:mt Street
West side of Larrnont Street between
Mosley Street and Metcalfe Street
North side of Metcalfe Street between
Lannont Street and Wells Street
East side of Wells Street between
Metcalfe Street and Mosley Street"
2. TI:IAT the provisions of this By-law shall not becorre effective until
final passage thereof, and until properly worded signs have been
erected and are on display.
