OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'J:OiJN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
N<M THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Section 14.3.14 "Special Mixed Density Residential (RS-15)
Exception Zone" be amendrned by deleting the contents of that section
and replacing them with the following:
"The existing building on the lands shown zoned RS-15 may be used for
a mental health counselling centre provided that no overnight
acccmnodation be permitted. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
6. 26 .1, the parking requirement of the RS-15 zone shall be nil. "
2. No part of this By-law will caoo into force until the provJ.swns of
the Planning Act have been canplied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
'Ib amend the provisions of Section 14.3.14 "Special Mixed Density
Residential (RS-15) Exception Zone", of ZOning By-law 2213-78. The
amendment is to pennit the continued use of the existing building, located
on Part Lot 93, Plan 246 and municipally known as 89 Yonge Street North, for
a mental health counselling centre on a pennanent basis with no overnight
acCOllllDdation and no required on-site parking.
