OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-1 aw 2613-83,
a By-law to govern and control the
parking of vehicles within the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS the prov1s1ons of Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as
amended, permit Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to amend By-law 2613-83, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part 4, Section 3, (Parking Restrictions on Specified Streets),
be and is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following:
LARMONT STREET FROM the Wellington Street WEST ANYTIME
intersection
TO a point 67m south
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall not become effective until
final passage thereof, and until properly worded signs have been
erected and are on display.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 28TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1990.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 27th DAY OF February • 1990.
