BEING A BY-Ll\W to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NCW THEREFORE the Cmmcil of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Schedule "G" is hereby deleted and replaced with the revised
Schedule "G" attached hereto and fonning part of this By-law.
2. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been carrplied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law ;3!J.020-t}D has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to
replace Schedule "G" (applying to the lands in Plans 65M-2685, 65M-2686 and
65M-2687 -Willow Fann) to rectify a technical error in the drafting of the
schedule which is administrative in nature.
