OF THE CXJRPORATION OF THE 'l'C:WN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law mnnber 2213-78.
NeW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. The zoning category applying to lands shown in hatching on Schedule
'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended
from "Restricted Industrial Service (Ml-1) Exception Zone" to "Service
Comrrercial (C3-5) Exception Zone (Urban)".
2. That Section 22 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
22.6: .
22.6 SERVICE cx:M1ERCIAL (C3-5) EXCEPTION ZONE (URBAN)
"The lands shown zoned 'C3-5' may be used for an autanobi1e campus
canprising 2 autanoti ve sales dealerships including servicing areas
and related uses for the dealerships provided that the following
requirements are met." ·

3. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provJ.sJ.Ons of
the Planning Act have been canplied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-law No. 3088-89 has the following purpose and effect:
'lb amend By-law No. 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject lands from
