BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Macont) - 19900628 - 308889' . BY-LAW NUMBER 3088-89 OF THE CXJRPORATION OF THE 'l'C:WN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law mnnber 2213-78. NeW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. The zoning category applying to lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Restricted Industrial Service (Ml-1) Exception Zone" to "Service Comrrercial (C3-5) Exception Zone (Urban)". 2. That Section 22 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 22.6: . 22.6 SERVICE cx:M1ERCIAL (C3-5) EXCEPTION ZONE (URBAN) "The lands shown zoned 'C3-5' may be used for an autanobi1e campus canprising 2 autanoti ve sales dealerships including servicing areas and related uses for the dealerships provided that the following requirements are met." · 22 • 6 • 2 .
