BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
N<M THEREFORE the Q'Juncil of the Ulrporation of the 'lbwn of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Schedule 1 A" is hereby amended by changing the zom.ng category on
the lands shown in shading on Schedule 1 A 1 attached hereto and fonning
part of this By-Law from "General Industrial (M2) Zone" to "Restricted
Industrial (Ml-6) Exception Zone".
2. That Section 25 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
25.10 "Restricted Industrial (Ml-6) Exception Zone":
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 25.1, respecting Permitted
Use, the lands shown zoned Ml-6 on Schedule 1 A 1 may be used for the
following:
A maximum of 1,245 square metres of floor area of the existing
building may be used for business and professional offices,
excluding medical offices.

Explanatory Note
Re: zonillg By-law
By-law 3181-90 has the followillg purpose and effect:
To amend the By-law 2213-78, the Zonillg By-law ill effect ill the Town of
Aurora to rezone the subject lands being Part of Lot 159, Registered Plan
246, municipally known as 155 Edward Street from "General Industrial (M2)
Zone" to "Restricted Industrial (Ml-6) Exception Zone". The amendment is to
pennit a maximum of 1245 square rretres (13,350 square feet) of floor area of
the existillg buildillg to be used for busilless and professional offices,
excludillg rredical offices. An exception to the parkillg space requirerrents
has been granted to eliminate the required maneouverillg area for parkillg
spaces along the southern property lille adjacent to Cousills Drive.
