OF THE CX>RPORATION OF THE 'ICMN OF AUOORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHERFAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NCM THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and fonning part of this By-law is hereby
amended fran "Shopping Centre Conrnercial (C4-2) Exception zone",
"Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone" and "Major Open Space (0) Zone"
to "Shopping Centre Conmercial (C4-2) Exception Zone" and
"Environmental Protection (EP-5) Exception Zone".
2. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect fran the day of passing thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13th DAY OF June , 1990.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 28th DAY OF June , 1990.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law3::2DI-qo has the following purpose and effect:
'Ib amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora
to rezone the subject lands being Block B, Registered Plan 517, municipally
known as 124-128 Wellington Street West from "Shopping Centre Commercial
(C4-2) Exception Zone", "Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone" and "Major
Open Space (0) Zone" to "Shopping Centre Cc:mrercial (C4-2) Exception zone"
and "Environmental Protection (EP-5) Exception Zone". The Amendment is to
permit parking on the portions of the site zoned EP-5. No changes are
proposed to the portion of the site zoned C4-2 which currently allows for
the development of a commercial plaza.
