NCM THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and fonning part of this By-law is hereby amended fran "Shopping Centre Conrnercial (C4-2) Exception zone", "Environmental Protection (E.P.) Zone" and "Major Open Space (0) Zone" to "Shopping Centre Conmercial (C4-2) Exception Zone" and "Environmental Protection (EP-5) Exception Zone". 2. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect fran the day of passing thereof. Zone" and "Major Open Space (0) Zone" to "Shopping Centre Cc:mrercial (C4-2) Exception zone" and "Environmental Protection (EP-5) Exception Zone". The Amendment is to permit parking on the portions of the site zoned EP-5. No changes are proposed to the portion of the site zoned C4-2 which currently allows for the development of a commercial plaza. Town of Aurora P.O.
