BEING A BY-LI\W to amend By-law No. 2213-~8
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NeW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Schedule 1 A 1 is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on
the lands shown in shading on Schedule 1 A 1 attached hereto and fo:rming
part of this By-law from "General Industrial (M2) Zone" to "General
Industrial (M2-4) Exception Zone".
2. That Section 26 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
26.4. 5 "General Industrial (M2-4) Exception Zone".
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 26.1 respecting Permitted
Uses, the lands shown zoned M2-4 may be used for the following:
A rnaxinrum of 533 square metres of floor area of the existing building
may be used for recreational facilities. Fbr purposes of this
section, recreational facilities shall be limited to only a gymnasium
catering to athletic programs and activities for minors."
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect fran the day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-law
By-law~ f?-f4'1as the following pw:pose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora,
to rezone the subject lands being Lot 49, Registrar's Canpiled Plan 10328,
municipally known as 40 Engelhard Drive from "General Industrial (M2) Zone"
to "General Industrial (M2-4) Exception Zone". The amendrrent is to pennit a
maximum of 533 square metres (5, 738 square feet) of floor area of the
existing building to be used for recreational facilities. For pw:poses of
this By-law recreational facilities is limited to only a gymnasium catering
to athletic programs and activities for minors.
