BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (L. Yermus) - 19901220 - 324790/ '<.:_-·, ( L. IYermus) BY-LI\W NUMBER -·-3247-90 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'IavN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LI\W to amend By-law No. 2213-~8 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NeW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule 1 A 1 is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands shown in shading on Schedule 1 A 1 attached hereto and fo:rming part of this By-law from "General Industrial (M2) Zone" to "General Industrial (M2-4) Exception Zone". 2. That Section 26 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 26.4. 5 "General Industrial (M2-4) Exception Zone". "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 26.1 respecting Permitted Uses, the lands shown zoned M2-4 may be used for the following: A rnaxinrum of 533 square metres of floor area of the existing building may be used for recreational facilities. Fbr purposes of this section, recreational facilities shall be limited to only a gymnasium catering to athletic programs and activities for minors." 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect fran the day of passing thereof. The amendrrent is to pennit a maximum of 533 square metres (5, 738 square feet) of floor area of the existing building to be used for recreational facilities.
