BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Blayrview Plaza) - 19900809 - 322190---- Blayrview Plaza BY-LAW NUMBER 3221-90 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOiVN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. N<li'l THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands shown in "shading on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and fonning part of this By-law from "Local Comnercial (Cl) Zone" to "Local Ccmnercial (C1-2) Exception Zone". 2. That Section\20 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 20.4 "Local ~rcial (C1-2) Exception Zone": "Notwithstanding the pbvisions of Section 20.1 respecting Uses Pennitted, the lands shown zoned C1-2 on Schedule 'A' may be used for the following: A maxinrum of 150 square matres of floor area of the existing building may be used for a Day Care Centre. 3. No part of this By-law will cane into foroe until the provisions of the Planning Act have been canplied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
