BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
N<li'l THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on
the lands shown in "shading on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and fonning
part of this By-law from "Local Comnercial (Cl) Zone" to "Local
Ccmnercial (C1-2) Exception Zone".
2. That Section\20 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
20.4 "Local ~rcial (C1-2) Exception Zone":
"Notwithstanding the pbvisions of Section 20.1 respecting Uses
Pennitted, the lands shown zoned C1-2 on Schedule 'A' may be used for
the following:
A maxinrum of 150 square matres of floor area of the existing building
may be used for a Day Care Centre.
3. No part of this By-law will cane into foroe until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been canplied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-law
By-law j;J (). 1-1o has the following purpose and effect:
Tb amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Tbw.n of Aurora
to rezone the subject lands being Part of Block 157, Registered Plan
65M-2247 and Block 165, Registered Plan 65M-2396, municipally known as 69
McLeod Drive, from "Local Comrercial (C1) Zone" to "Local Comrercial (C1-2)
Exception Zone".
The arnendrrent is to penni.t a maxinn.nn of 150 square metres (1,615 square
feet) of floor area of the existing building to be used for a day nursery
school.

of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 9th day of August , 19~ was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation
404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of
section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 20 day
objection period expired on September 4,1990 and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
