OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to repeal By-law Number
2982-88, a by-law to authorize the
application for approval to expropriate
lands required for municipal purposes.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Aurora deemed it necessary to enact
By-law Number 2982-88, being a by-law to authorize the application for
approva 1 to expropriate 1 ands required for muni ci pa 1 purposes, on the 17th
day of March, 1988;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to repeal
the said by-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Aurora hereby enacts as follows:
1. That By-law Number 2982-88, enacted on the 17th day of March, 1988, be
and is hereby repealed; and ·
2. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon the final passage thereof.
