OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-1 aw 2613-83
as amended, a By-1 aw to govern and
control the Parking of Vehicles in the
Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as amended, permits
Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2613-83 as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part Four, Section (3), (Parking Restrictions on Specified
Streets), be amended by the deletion of reference to George Street
east side, and the addition of the following:
