BY-LAW NUMBER 3139-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2941-87,
a By-law to prescribe the height of
fences in the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Aurora has, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 210 of the Municipal Act, enacted a By-law to
prescribe the height of lawful fences in the Town of Aurora;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the provisions of the By-1 aw
as they apply to a specifically designated property;
NOW THEREFORE the Muni cipa 1 Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT there shall be a subsection (e) added to Clause One (1) of Part
III (Three) of By-law 2941-87, such subsection to read as follows:
(e) this restriction shall not apply to the property 1 ine fence
erected on the lands described as Lot 4, Plan 65M-2229 where
a maximum height of 2.24 metres (7 feet 4 inches) shall be
permitted, until the existing fence is removed or replaced,
at which time the provisions of Part III (1) shall apply.
2. THAT the pro visions of this By-1 aw shall come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
