OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate certain
reserves now he 1 d as pub 1 i c
highways in the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 278 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980
Chapter 302, as amended, permit Council to pass by-laws for laying out and
establishing highways;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to dedicate certain reserves now held as
public highways in the Town of Aurora.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
1. That Block 109, Plan 65M-2338 be and is hereby dedicated as public
highway.
2. That Block 170, Plan 65M-2396 be and is hereby dedicated as public
highway.
3. That the prov1s1ons of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 22nd DAY OF March ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS lOth DAY OF May ' 1989.
