BY-LAW NUMBER 3127-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate certain lands for
the purposes of a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described were acquired by the former, The
Corporation of the Township of King for highway purposes and became vested
in the Corporation of the Town of Aurora on the 1st day of January, 1971 by
virtue of the Regional Municipality of York Act and the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the 1 ands described in Schedule "A", hereto attached, are
hereby dedicated as a public highway and declared to form part of
Bathurst Street (YR 38).
2. THAT the said Schedule "A", hereto attached, shall form part of
this by-law.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 19th DAY OF July ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 26th DAY OF July , 1989.

Schedule "A" to By-law Number 3127-89
Lands in the Town of Aurora in the Regional Municipality of York formerly in
the Township of King in the County of York and being composed of that part
of the South half of Lot 77, Concession 1 and that part of Lot 76,
Concession 1 in the said Town more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron bar plan.ted at the intersection of an old wire
fence, marking the existing limit between the North and South halves of Lot
77, Concession 1 and the Easterly 1 imit of the a 11 owance for road between
Concessions 1 and 2 in the said Town;
THENCE North 73 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East, 10.10 feet to the
point of commencement;
THENCE South 9 degrees East, 800 feet to a point;
THENCE North 73 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East, 10.10 feet to a point;
THENCE North 9 degrees 00 minutes West, 800 feet more or less to a point
in the existing limit between the North and South halves of said Lot 77;
THENCE South 73 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West, 10.10 feet to the
point of commencement;
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS were previously described in Instrument No.
88239B and are now designated as Part 30 on a plan deposited in the Land
Registry Office for the Registry Division of York Region as No. 65R-2446.

is to advise that By-Law No. 3127-89 dedicating the lands described
in Instrument No. 88239B as part of Bathurst Street was registered
in the Land Registry Office for the .Registry Division of York
Region on the 2nd August, 1989 as Instrument No. 516616.
