BY-LAW NUMBER 3066-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate certain
lands for the purposes of a public highway
WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described were acquired by the Municipal
Corporation of the Town of Aurora for highway purposes;
THEREFORE the Counci 1 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. The lands described in Schedule "A", hereto attached, are hereby
dedicated as a public highway and declared to form part of Leslie
Street (YR 12).
2. The said Schedule "A", hereto attached, sha 11 form part of this by-1 aw.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 8th DAY OF February ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 22nd DAY OF February ' 1989.

Schedule "A" to By-law 3066-89
Lands in the Town of Aurora in the Regional Municipality of York, formerly
in the Township of Whitchurch in the County of York, being composed of Part
of that Part of Lot 21 in Concession 3 of the said Township designated as
Part 1 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of York Region as Number 65R-470 containing by
admeasurement 0.046 acres more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the North 73 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East of the
Southern limit of the said Lot 21 is astronomic and referring all bearings
herein thereto;
COMMENCING at the South-West angle of the said Part 1, being a point in
the Western 1 imit of the said Lot 21 distant 100.12 feet measured North 7
degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West thereon from the South-West angle thereof:
THENCE North 7 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West along said Western
limit, 73.71 feet to an old wire fence;
THENCE North 74 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East along said fence, 27.25
feet to a standard iron bar;
THENCE South 7 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East, 73.20 feet to an iron
bar;
THENCE South 73 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West, 27.34 feet to the
Point of Commencement.
The above-described lands were previously described in Instrument No. 106868.
