BY-LAW NUMBER 3092-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to
reserves now held as
the Town of Aurora.
dedicate certain
public highways in
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 278 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980
Chapter 302, as amended, permit Council to pass by-1 aws for 1 ayi ng out and
establishing highways;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient 'to dedicate certain reserves now held as
public highways in the Town of Aurora;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
1. That Block 169, Plan 65M-2396 be and is hereby dedicated as public
highway.
2. That Block 115, Plan 65M-2228 be and is hereby dedicated as public
highway.
3. That Block 109, 110, 111, Plan 65M-2338 be and are hereby
dedicated as public highway.
4. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof, and when registration of the
By-law in the appropriate land registry office has been put into
effect.
READ A FIRST ANO SECOND TIME THIS lOth DAY OF M3.y ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 24thDAY OF May ' 1989.
