BY-LAW NUMBER 2966-88
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate lands
as a Public Highway
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 298 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980, as
amended, provide that Council may, by By-law, establish and lay out lands as
public highways;
AND WHEREAS The Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient
to dedicate certain lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE The Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the one (1) link reserve on the south side of Reuben Street
between Temperance Street and Yonge Street as laid out on Plan 246 be
and is hereby dedicated as a Public Highway in the Town of Aurora.
2. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
