OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2792-85
being a by-law to appoint a Deputy Fire
Chief.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2792-85;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
) • That there sha 11 be a Section 1.1 added to By-1 aw 2792-85, such
section to read as follows:
1.1 That Frederick J. Bo 1 sby be granted the necessary authority
to enforce any provisions of the National Building Code, the
National Fire Code, the Ontario Building Code, the Ontario
Fire Marshalls Act and the Ontario Fire Code where applicable.
2. That this By-law shall become effective upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 25th DAY OF October ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF November ' 1989.
